Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How can promotional products help me increase my business?
  2. For most small businesses and non-profit organizations promotional products are the most cost effective marketing tool and the easiest to get directly in front of your target market. Making potential customers aware of your brand and effectively conveying a message that stays with them on a continuing basis means that even when you do not see your customers and prospective customers on a daily basis, you are never far from sight.

  3. How can I control my marketing expenses with promotional products?
  4. Promotional products are one of the easiest marketing expenses to control. They are a tangible quantity of contacts for a set price. Unlike radio, television, and print ads such as newspapers and magazines, with promotional products you know how many people you have contacted, whether they were a captive or passive audience, and whether they are a targeted potential customer. Promotional products are a rifle shot versus a shotgun blast. You get them directly to who you choose to put them in front of, you do it at a set price, and convey a direct message both with the type of product you choose and the text you include on it.

  5. How do you convey a marketing message through promotional items?
  6. You convey a message in two basic ways, the product itself and the message that is printed, engraved or embroidered. Let's say that you own a company that deals with collecting sensitive personal information. You want to convey a message that the information will stay secure throughout the business relationship. You want to pick a product that visually conveys security, so perhaps a magnet, stress reliever, or clock that is shaped like a safe. Next you would want to put a message such as "Safeguarding your most valuable assets" as well as your logo. This gives you two visual communications that both speak to your message of security along with your logo building brand awareness for your company.

  7. Why am I being asked to pay in advance?
  8. Since we deal with custom branded items that generally ship directly to our customers, we require payment in advance. If there are issues with your products once received, we are happy to work with our many suppliers to make the order right. Any problems should be reported to us within 14 days of being received.

  9. Is it possible to receive a sample before I purchase large quantity?
  10. Absolutely. It is always recommended to order a sample before you purchase a large quantity of a product you have not been able to see up close. We do ask that you cover the expense of the unit and the shipping of it to you.
